Delivery Charges

Standard delivery charges: Rs. 300 nationwide.

Orders may be dispatched after successful confirmation.

Kidshives is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Courier Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delays caused by the courier service are outside our direct control. We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the phone number is unreachable, or the address is incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
